低温冷冻控制--
RETZ低温球阀以独特的加长型阀杆为基础点,可让低温液态气体在加长阀杆套内直接气化,防止低温液态气体接触填料零件造成损坏,进而影响球阀的操作与密封性。此设计与一般加长中轴不同的是:阀杆密封圈、阀杆填料等零件被移至阀杆顶部,不直接接触低温流体,保证阀门的正常运作性。同时,也可减少阀杆的热泄漏,在管线与操作手柄(或者自动化执行器)上提供了隔绝热的空间,保证密封完好。
RETZ low temperature ball valve is based on the unique lengthened valve stem, allowing the low temperature liquid gas to be vaporized directly in the lengthened valve stem to prevent the low temperature liquid gas from contacting the packing parts to cause damage, and then affect the operation and sealing of the ball valve. The design is different from the general lengthening middle axis: the valve stem sealing ring, the stem filler and other parts are moved to the top of the stem, and do not contact the low temperature fluid directly to ensure the normal operation of the valve. At the same time, it can also reduce the heat leakage of the stem, providing insulation space between the pipeline and the operation handle (or automatic actuator), and ensuring the sealing is intact.
?进口低温球阀结构特点--
位于阀腔内钢球上游端的泄压孔提供安全使用环境,低温球阀采用“无收集腔设计”,可避免温度升高造成流体膨胀,引起球腔内的压力增加。当球腔压力因温度升高而增加时,球腔内流体(常为液化气体)藉由上游端的泄压孔排放超过压力标准的压力,减少球腔内的压力。此设计完全符合国际冷冻低温阀门测试标准 BS 6364 所要求之设计,防止球腔压力过大,发生相变产生的爆炸。冷冻低温球阀成为单方向使用,不可用于双向之管道。
The pressure relief hole at the end of the ball in the valve cavity provides the safe use environment. The low temperature ball valve adopts "no collection cavity design", which can avoid the temperature rise to cause the fluid expansion and cause the pressure increase in the ball cavity. When the pressure of the ball cavity increases as the temperature increases, the fluid in the ball (usually liquefied gas) releases the pressure from the pressure standard by the pressure relief hole at the upper reaches of the ball and reduces the pressure in the ball. This design is fully consistent with the design requirements of the International Cryogenic cryogenic valve test standard BS 6364, to prevent the ball cavity pressure is too large, and the explosion caused by phase change occurs. The cryogenic cryogenic ball valve is used in a single direction and can not be used in two way pipes.
密封要求--
低温球阀采用特殊PCTFE (聚三氟氯乙烯)材质阀座,可耐超低温度。此材质与聚四氟乙烯相比,PCTFE 的机械强度、硬度均较好,而且薄膜的透明度高,透气率低。加工尺寸需更精准与钢球符合。同时加工时的环境也有高度要求,不可有污染。在低温状况下,PCTFE及其他垫圈密封材质发生硬化与金属的热胀冷缩状况一起,造成摩擦力提高及扭矩提升之状况,在执行器选型上需要做的更精准的搭配。
