?进口斜面球阀描述--
RETZ斜面球阀采用楔式上装型，其球体上施加一压缩弹簧，压缩弹簧的作用是在球体上施加预紧力，使阀座密封面在任何情况下都紧密接触，密封性能好。阀座与阀体接触面的楔角为 10°，阀座能够自锁，当阀座受到较大的压力时，阀座不会产生任何位移。故这种结构的阀门既有闸阀的特点又有球阀的优点
RETZ inclined ball valve adopts a wedge type upper type, and a compression spring is applied on the ball. The effect of the compression spring is to apply the pretightening force on the ball, so that the sealing surface of the seat is in close contact in any case and the sealing performance is good. The wedge angle of the valve seat and the valve body is 10 degrees, the valve seat can be self locked, and the valve seat will not generate any displacement when the valve seat is under great pressure. Therefore, the structure of the valve has both the characteristics of the gate valve and the advantages of the ball valve.

1.上装式球阀在管线上拆卸简单迅速，维修方便快捷。当阀门在管线上出现故障需要修理时，不必从管线上拆卸阀门，只须拆掉中法兰螺栓和螺母，将阀盖和阀杆组合件一起从阀体中取下来，然后取出球体和阀座组合件。即可在线修理球体和阀座。这种维修节省了时间，将生产中的损失降到点。
2.独特的结构密封更加可靠斜面球阀又称“楔式球阀”，采用整体上装式新型结构。两阀座密封面设计成楔形两斜面，球体上部有一弹簧。在弹簧力的作用下，阀座密封面与球体紧密贴合，形成可靠的密封。
3.阀杆凸肩结构即可防脱又保证了上密封性能阀杆下端设有凸肩，可在阀体内压异常升高时，防止阀杆脱出。在弹簧及介质力的作用下，阀杆凸肩压紧垫片，形成上密封效果。
4.先进的防火、防静电结构在球体与阀座之间设置有防火金属环。在意外火灾阀座烧损后，金属环压在球体上起到密封作用。确保系统的安全，防止重大事故发生。球体上部的予紧弹簧可将球体与阀座摩擦产生的静电，经导线导入地下。防止因静电产生的火花点燃易燃易爆介质，保证系统的安全。
